Experience:

• 5+ years work experience in leadership, management, and organizational development
• 7+ years work experience across sales, business development, and/or partnerships functions

Responsibilities:

• Lead departmental budgeting, personnel planning, and related expenses.
• Activate your own professional network to contribute to new employer acquisition.
• Develop and manage staff to scale placement across Texas and technical verticals in order to drive employment within 6 months of graduation.
• Leverage student, employer, and staff feedback to accelerate student professional development and job-search readiness.
• Develop and maintain CRM and outcomes data required to drive iterative improvements.
• Maximize department KPIs of employment rate, starting salaries, customer feedback, while minimizing hiring timelines and refund exposure through continuous process improvement.
• Support key employer relationships and initiatives.
• Manage the student post-graduation experience and step in for as-needed escalations.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
