Regional Product Associate Jobs

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to meet business needs

You will lead the existing product lifecycle management in the region

Efficient management of indirect expenditure

You will be allocated a subvertical within our 6 vertical markets of interest.

Monitor and control the subvertical revenue, order intake, profitability, NBO, NPI

Propose and implement individual pricing and positioning

Provide clear and comprehensive internal/external communications

Knowledge in supply chain management

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

Identify SLOB inventory and manage markdown/close out process

Ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain role.

This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills. Advanced excel level preferred.

The position requires Exceptional Excel skills.

Ability to work independently with strong self-management, time-management and problem-solving skills

Manage the regional portfolio and identify gaps in product offerings

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple project simultaneously

Customer Service & Relationship Management

Work closely with the regional education team to ensure comprehensive product training for sales teams and customers

3+ years relevant product & marketing experience required; medical/veterinary field preferred

Manage customer inquiries and ensure a seamless support experience.

1 to 3 years of experience working as a Product Manager for a startup in the SaaS industry.

Demonstrable problem-solving, analytical abilities, and organizational skills.

Assist in the design, requirements gathering, implementation, and launch of new product features.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a deep curiosity and a passion for learning. A propensity for self-teaching new skills and concepts is a must.

You have the proficiency or experience using data and/or donor management platforms such as Salesforce

You have excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage compellingly with diverse audiences

You have the fluency in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

You have the ability to work autonomously to produce materials on deadline, while often managing multiple concurrent deadlines

You are have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Drafts, assembles, and submits responses to foundation, corporate, and government requests for proposals (RFPs)

Promote RTI's technical capabilities to internal and external clients through project and pre-proposal and/or proposal contracts.

Do not deviate from planned task scope or schedule without consulting a supervisor or project manager

Preference to candidates that have experience in data mining, descriptive analyses, and advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot tables). 

Participate in NamUs training events and/or curriculum development as assigned.

Anticipate problems before they arise, assess potential risk, and develop contingency plans.

Assist other project leaders in identifying ways to enhance or expand the existing project and to develop new project opportunities.

Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all kinds of stakeholders - within teams, with the management team, factory partners, etc.

Develop and implement key work streams for product information management.

Collaborate with the Product Manager and Head of Product to define and structure go-to-market Product strategies.

Report on key metrics around product offerings, launches, and initiatives.

3+ years of professional experience working within, with, or alongside Product, Design or Production teams.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

1-2 years of experience in product management related field.

Degree in Product Management, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Product Marketing preferred

Systems Savvy and computer proficient; Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel

Have a strong entrepreneurial drive - even better if you have previous startup experience under your belt.

Basic coding experience - you can write relatively simple scripts.

You’ve talked with really, really bad IVRs & voice systems, and want to help us improve that experience!

Dive deep into data - both with BI tools and Excel.

Conduct customer interviews, customer success, and product support.

Spec, design, and develop different features of our product.

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field experience in product management, marketing, finance or commercial role

5+ years’ experience in product management, marketing or related field

Lead NPI product evaluation contracting and management (ME/pilot sites for product rollout / product pivot).

Ensure compliance with NCA process, quality systems and regulatory requirements.

Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy

Excellent oral and written communications skills
