This position is open to the Pacific Northwest Region of the United States: Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $68,000 to $110,400.

One-year experience in a supervisory capacity.

Three years' experience in a customer service position required.

Visiting and selecting, together with Area Manager After Sales, potential new dealers

Interacting with Dealer Principal/General Manager and Sales Managers at dealers in order to advise on how to improve performances;

Works closely with After Sales Area Manager to solve customer complaints guaranteeing full customer satisfaction

Monitors and assist dealers personnel in meeting training requirements

Leading selection of the Projects in the APCo annual Work Plan and assist with the overall Work Plan development

Supervise and lead the three Project Design Teams in System Analysis

Drive the modernization of the distribution system to meet the needs of the grid of the future

Support the execution of the Work Plan to meet budget targets for Capital and O&M

Lead the develop / training of the System Analysis Engineers in conjunction with the Project Design Supervisors

Instill safe work practices and the inclusion of safety into each system improvement project
