Job Description

The Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and resolving end user issues in a timely and professional standard. The successful candidate would learn to rapidly assess and respond to a variety of issues while working in a group of supportive, knowledgeable professionals. When not directly responding to user issues, the candidate will assist the Network Operations Center with proactive maintenance and infrastructure issues.


Accountabilities:


  • Email issues
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective paths to resolution
  • Ensure high User Satisfaction
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and products
  • VPN Access issues
  • Provide technically accurate, user-friendly solutions to basic end-user requests:
  • Active Directory
  • Application support
  • Printer issues
  • Meet daily Utilization goals


Requirements:


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • CompTIA, Microsoft 365, Network+, or other support certifications are a plus
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
  • A positive attitude and strong people skills
  • Voracious thirst for knowledge
