Job Description
What We Are Looking For…


We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Regional Account Manager to build strong client relationships, problem-solve, negotiate contracts, and ultimately grow retention for our portfolio of homes. with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. In this role, you will serve as a liaison for our valued owners, fostering enduring relationships and driving favorable agreements. You’ll engage stakeholders, display exceptional communication skills, and be a savvy negotiator. Key responsibilities include educating homeowners on AvantStay's services, addressing concerns, identifying and promoting partnership opportunities, and providing comprehensive guidance throughout the entire AvantStay homeowner lifecycle.


What You’ll Do…


  • Become an expert on AvantStay’s short-term rental business model, deal structures, operating motion, core services, and homeowner network
  • Develop and grow relationships with AvantStay property homeowners via proactive communication and support to minimize churn
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems that arise, partnering cross-functionally with local teams on the ground and leveraging systems including Salesforce and our in-house booking management platform
  • Support guest and homeowner concerns related to revenue performance, marketing, renewals, contracting, regulatory compliance, and more
  • Evaluate property-level financial performance and work cross-functionally to help optimize property rental performance


Requirements


What you’ll bring…


  • Experience in real estate and/or hospitality (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to build relationships and improve and expand upon strategic service offerings
  • Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and related decision-making
  • Demonstrated success in a client-facing role (required)
  • Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills; able to develop the strategy for and execute against contractual negotiations that optimize for owner and AvantStay financial success
  • Creative thinking skills, with the ability to identify new and innovative ‘win-win’ solutions to problems
  • 3-4 years experience in operations and/or customer relationship management
