Why we're hiring for this role:


The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day execution of key marketing and sales campaigns and programs, including targeted ABM automation and email campaigns, social posts, webinar preparation, digital advertising, and trade show events.


This is what you'll do:


  • Conduct data mapping and no-code integration activities to ensure seamless data flow between applications in the sales and marketing stack
  • Maintain an organized social media posting calendar; develop and publish quasi-daily posts in coordination with the sales team
  • Be an active contributor to strong sales and marketing alignment with initiatives and processes that support top-of-funnel growth; assist with monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the health of marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, channel performance, and lead acquisition
  • Coordinate and contribute to our marketing and sales playbooks
  • Project manage the execution of campaigns and programs internally as well as with agencies and vendors, such as Rad AI’s trade show presence
  • Coordinate and execute email and other digital campaigns, including ensuring list segmentation is accurate, complete, and timely for each campaign; developing email copy; orchestrating campaign scaffolding and infrastructure
  • Coordinate, plan, and execute all conferences and trade shows
This is what you'll need:


  • “Move like a gazelle” mentality
  • B2B, healthcare tech, sales-forward demand generation, and high-growth SaaS environments preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake project assignments with minimal supervision and high degree of intention and attention to detail; hold a high-standard for campaign execution and creative concepts
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, CS, or a related field
  • Work well in a dynamic, digital first and remote environment
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing and automation, demand generation, performance marketing, or growth
  • Experience in planning and managing ABM programs and other field programs (webinars, email campaigns, etc.)
  • History of and ability to multitask, willingness to constantly reprioritize, systematic and intelligent approach to GTD, supervising and executing on several projects in various stages, operate in ambiguous situations and think on your feet to solve challenges and problems
  • Advanced proficiency with modern marketing and sales technology stacks (Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Zapier, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
  • History of teamwork, willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done, implement necessary feedback, and effectively/efficiently deploying resources

This is an estimated salary range that is dependent on the candidate and their experience. Not included in this range is an up to 10% annual bonus as well as generous equity options.
