Job Description

This position will be responsible for recruiting international team . The Recruiting Manager will provide both tactical and strategic direction for analyzing, addressing and evaluation hiring needs and trends by leveraging current staff, platforms, and partnerships to effective recruit and hire talent.


Work closely with business leaders as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of the business, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles while delivering outstanding client service.

Provide excellent customer service to our teams and ensure an exceptional experience for all candidates.

Screen incoming resumes, interview and qualify candidates, and advocate for candidates to hiring teams.

Use data and market intelligence to drive effective strategies within the business and develop sourcing strategies, metrics, and best practices.Build, engage, manage, and continually improve the talent acquisition systems and processes needed to meet goals and grow the business with the right talent.Establish creative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and secure top talent with unique and niche skill sets across multiple disciplines and with time-sensitive positions.

Leverage all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of active and passive talent for all companies

Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

5+ years of full life-cycle high volume recruiting experience

2+ years of recruiting or human resources management experience preferably in a technology industry environment

Experience building and developing systems and process for talent acquisition

Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and social media tools
