One year recruitment or HR Related experience; Home Care experience preferred

Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop an appropriate recruitment strategy for the region:

Develop strategic plans to build candidate pipelines

Responsible for training, performance management, and record management.

Perform any other job-relate duties assigned by their supervisor or management.

Minimum 2 years related business intelligence experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum 2 years working experience in international hospitality and/or travel industry

Strong Excel skills required. Ability to analyze large datasets and report relevant finding. High attention to details

Reviews process implementations and comes up with recommendation for continuous improvement
