About The Role


As the Technical Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire technical recruiting process, ensuring the successful acquisition of top-tier technical talent for our organization. This is a critical role in our company, and we are looking for a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. What You’ll Do


  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage with highly qualified candidates
  • Develop and implement innovative and effective recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and requirements that attract top talent
  • Drive the recruitment process
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
  • Lead and manage the technical recruiting function
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice within the technical community
  • Employer branding and talent acquisition strategies
  • Partner with marketing and Head of TA to create compelling content and engage candidates through social media, blogs, and other relevant platforms
  • Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance
  • Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings to ensure the suitability of candidates
  • Manage a team of technical recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure their success
  • Source and attract top-tier technical talent
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively building relationships with passive candidates and networking within the industry
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment and implement strategies to stay competitive in the talent market
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the offer acceptance process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads and the Head of TA to understand hiring needs, establish recruiting goals, and develop comprehensive hiring plans
  • Monitor and optimize the recruiting process to improve efficiency and effectiveness


You


  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Have experience in startups or hyper growth companies
  • Have in-depth knowledge of current recruiting trends, tools, and best practices
  • Have familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Have at least 2 years of experience managing a team of technical recruiters
  • Have at least 7 years of overall experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully hiring top-tier technical talent
  • Possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS
  • Familiarity with G-Suite

Salary Range Information


Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $170,000-$200,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
