Provider Engagement Coordinator
Associate II – BPM

You Are
The Provider Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of medical practice documentation improvement activities at specified practice sites.
The Opportunity
  • Work is performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards.
  • Dialogues and guides practice staff/physicians in response to feedback from company physicians.
  • Assists other teammates, as work and time require or allow.
  • Completes and submits reports per guidelines.
  • Manages and coordinates the creation, distribution, and collection of documentation and coding improvement tools.
  • Actively participates in program improvement discussions and activities.
  • Requires transporting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Functions as the primary contact at the site level for program management.
  • Immediately alerts the Manager of challenges/barriers in the practice environment impeding the successful attainment of program goals.
  • Submits daily visit documentation and follow-up information timely and as required.
  • Travel is required.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What You Need
  • A relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
  • Must possess a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, accountability, and dependability.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for the representation of clear and concise results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to manage significant workload, and to work efficiently under pressure, meeting established deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • High School degree or GED Equivalent required.
  • Strong sense of ownership of one’s own work.
  • Experience communicating directly and regularly with providers is preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in an outpatient physician's office or in a clinic management position is required.
  • Advanced technical skills for use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Continuous learning, as defined by the Company’s learning philosophy, is required.
  • Two years experience in a related field with demonstrated knowledge that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.  As required by local law, UST HealthProof provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.  
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for Role
Remote: $39,500 - $66,300
