Employee Referral Coordinator
W2 Contract 1 year
Remote, USA PST HOURS
$60-65/hr
We are looking for an Employee Referrals Coordinator to provide support and program management. In this role, you will drive the operational management of our Employee Referral Program, an important candidate source that feeds our ability to grow and scale. You will ensure that we deliver an exceptional referral experience to both employees and candidates while also driving program compliance with our service level agreements and referrals policy. This includes managing referral bonus payments, responding to employee inquiries, processing referral submissions and providing ongoing reporting on program results. In addition, you will partner with recruiters and cross functional teams to support referrals events, promotions and special projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide regular reporting of employee referrals activity and results
- Provide timely response to employee and recruiter questions, manage the resolution of escalated issues
- Adjudicate referrals disputes related to referral guidelines and/or eligibility in accordance with policy
- Provide a white-glove service to all referral candidate applications which could include following up on status and dispositioning applications
- Verify submission data and check for duplicate records, resolve data issues
- Validate qualified referrals and execute global monthly referral payout process
- Partner cross functionally with supporting the redesign of our referral program
- Support recruiters and program manager with the execution of referral events and promotions
What we need to see:
- Prior experience working in dynamic office environment
- Innovate and assist with developing new processes while maintaining flexibility in an evolving environment
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Your ability to show initiative and deliver results
- 2+ years of experience
- High level of organization, time management, and your detail orientated
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and can handle confidential information in a professional manner
