Position Summary

The Provider Services Coordinator performs a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to support the Provider Services Department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation for meetings both virtually and onsite by for example, preparing materials or arranging venue for onsite meeting
• Assist with various departmental tasks and projects to aid the team in meeting Key Performance Indicators and department and organization goals
• Oversee various applications such as Storefront and Confluence to ensure they are up to date
• Assist with the administrative elements of development of Standard Operating Procedures
• Assist with PRT account assignments both at launch and ongoing maintenance
• Generate and distributes reports as directed by leadership (helping to identify trends and or outliers.
• Audit records for quality and accuracy, providing documented feedback to department directors
• Assist with a high volume of data clean-up to ensure integrity with help to ensure that newly launched practice profiles are accurately associated with the appropriate entity. Monitor practice profiles monthly to ensure that practices with newly attributed members are appropriately assigned to a PRT
• Ensure that patients in “Out of Scope” and “Not Participating” practices are appropriately VCT transferred

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Work from home within commutable range or region, city, or state
• 2 years of administrative experience in the healthcare field

Skills

• Strong attention to detail in the completion of tasks
• Cooperative and communicative attitude with leadership and team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills
