Create a positive experience by providing upfront education on the Edgepark process, e-prescribing platforms, and medical policies

Utilize Salesforce for account management, including updating account information, contacts, activities, campaigns

Accelerate the new customer onboarding experience by conducting proactive outreach to healthcare professionals and patients (endocrinologists, PCPs, WOCNs, etc.)

Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to manage new and at-risk accounts

Understand Edgepark’s Diabetes or Ostomy/Urology supply categories, demonstrating knowledge of industry trends, developments, key competitors, terminology, technology, challenges, and reimbursement.

Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

WORK STYLE: Mostly remote work, with minimal travel for meetings, conferences, and/or trainings

Very rarely will before/after hours, nights, weekends, holidays, or overtime be offered and will not be required.

Experience within the dental field/industry (ie clinical experience, billing experience, front office/reception experience, sales/marketing experience, etc)

Proactive thought leadership/Root Cause problem resolution skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Two years experience in a related field with demonstrated knowledge that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in an outpatient physician's office or in a clinic management position is required.

Functions as the primary contact at the site level for program management.

A relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Manages and coordinates the creation, distribution, and collection of documentation and coding improvement tools.

Immediately alerts the Manager of challenges/barriers in the practice environment impeding the successful attainment of program goals.

5+ years of experience, with demonstrated functional knowledge, process improvement initiatives

Knowledge of the managed care/health insurance industry, products and services

Serve as SME, ensure approach aligned to best-in-class patient experience practices and understand the competitive landscape

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

7+ years of experience in leading significant and diverse operations in the healthcare services industry

4+ years of experience in Medicare specific Star Quality measures and performance metrics

High level of knowledge of managed care concepts along with the ability to interpret and explain complex reporting information to providers.

Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, business management or related discipline preferred.

Surface opportunities to enhance quality initiatives and programs to enhance member experience.

5+ years’ experience working directly with physicians, high-level administrators, and healthcare delivery systems.

You have working experience at interpreting provider feedback reports and create actionable plans to drive provider performance and member outcomes

Working experience with provider based incentive and value based programs

Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of professionals.

·Experience navigating insurance within the mental health field.

·Experience with Zoho, CRMs or other similar databases.

·Ability to work remotely in a timely and professional manner.

Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.

Draws from experience supporting the program to offer ways to improve the PROvider experience.

High School or GED in General Education

Up to 1 year experience in a call center, office administrative, high volume retail, service support, or similar work environment.

Experience in remodeling or construction industry

College graduate or advanced course studies or related experience with three years previous experience in healthcare related field preferred

Experience working at Hospital/ clinic preferred

Technical Skills – Entry Level

Meditech and/or PatientKeeper Experience preferred

Assisting providers throughout the healthcare continuum from the introduction to adoption and advancing utilization of HCA

This role is responsible for understanding the dynamic landscape of Health IT, various digital access points, and common clinical workflows

Facilitate training to the Clients, staff and management

Monitor and prioritize open requests submitted into Jira Service Management to ensure all are resolved in a timely manner

Project manage provider implementations and initiatives

Gather, analyze and document business and system requirements in a formalized manner

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and offer innovative solutions

Basic SQL select statement knowledge beneficial
