Job Description
About The Role
Brightline brings virtual behavioral and mental health care to families, when and where you need it. We are seeking a Provider Enablement Senior Specialist who will join our Care Operations team to power our daily operations that enable members of our Care Team to provide the highest quality care to our members. You will support providers across all of our service lines (coaching, therapy, and psychiatry) with ensuring they have the things they need in order to provide care to their members. You are someone who loves resolving open tasks and checking items off your task list. Some of these tasks may include onboarding and offboarding providers, inputting and maintaining their schedules in our systems, responding to urgent requests, clearly communicating changes and updates to the care team, and maintaining our knowledge management system with the most up to date information on what providers need to do in specific situations.

  • Action Oriented: You will review and update policies and procedures at a set cadence and ensure these are reflected in provider onboarding materials and knowledge management systems.
  • Drives Solutions: You will build strong Care Team relationships to gain insight into their needs and deliver improved Care Team-centric solutions that meet provider expectations.
  • Communicates Effectively: You will provide leadership with weekly Care Team communications and disseminate policy and procedural updates to Care Teams and Member Support.
  • Sense of Urgency: You will address daily urgent requests from Care Teams and Member Support.
  • Optimizes Work Processes: You will actively contribute to the Care Operations team by sharing trends in requests made by the care team to inform performance improvement efforts.
  • Cross-Platform Navigation: You will work across a variety of tools and systems seamlessly to update databases and execute on tasks including onboarding and offboarding providers, tracking provider schedule change requests, and implementing approved changes.

Compensation Philosophy:
  • At Brightline we have built a total rewards philosophy that includes fair, equitable, competitive, geo-based compensation that is performance and potential based. Our strategy is based on robust market research, including external advisory specializing in national compensation, and thoughtful input from every level of our organization. It is a combination of a cash salary, equity, benefits, wellbeing, and opportunity. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range is $77,000-$115,000.
