The Accuracy Optimization team drives provider data accuracy improvements and issue prevention by ensuring a detailed focus is given to process, people and business controls. This focus ensures advocates have the skills, tools and resources available to get it right the first time, every time. The purpose of this position is to knowledge share with both new hires and existing front line advocates to ensure they have a clear understanding of process on their day to day work items.

Primary Responsibilities

• Performing live work demonstrations
• Coordinate with key partnering teams for effective change for future prevention of issues identified
• Coordination of error remediation
• Coaching 1:1 and/or at class level within 48 hours of error identified
• Provide 1:1 coaching with front line as need is identified through focused audits or as requested by PPO leadership
• Bring awareness to current quality control tools like Predict and/or Nexus to ensure appropriate utilization and identify areas of improvement for implementation
• Create and host weekly quality focused call per work type to drive awareness of top trending errors identified
• Identify gaps in current documentation, process or training by utilizing reporting and identify trends of top errors, questions and feedback received from front line
• Lead on the job training (OJT) with new hire classes that includes:
• Auditing of work items completed within 24 hours
• Answer questions from class and review current SOP processes
• Perform root cause analysis on issues received to identify future prevention action needed and coordinate with appropriate teams on implementation
• Continued processing of inventory to upkeep current skill set

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within PPO as either RCL Superloader, non-delegated NDB loader or delegated NDB loader
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
• Solid organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines
• 1+ years of meeting target production, quality, and time utilization metrics
• Flexibility of schedule to adhere to standard OJT training times
• High School Diploma/GED
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated understanding of internal processes and procedures
• Experience with workforce effectiveness practices
• Solid interpersonal skills in a matrixed environment
• Experience with coaching or training
• Experience in analyzing policies and procedures
