Training And Enablement Specialist

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Enablement Specialist to work for one of our top global tech clients!

Position is a part-time role!

Location: Remote

Pay: $58.93/hr.

Role responsibilities:

This role will be responsible to create training content, knowledge, and communications collateral to ensure the productivity of internal users of the Digital Customer Experience team, and ensure that business stakeholders are equipped to support end users. This role will focus on influencing internal user product adoption by connecting the right information, in the right channels to the right audience.

• Create new, amend existing, maintain, and review enablement content templates
• Help to create consistency, repeatability, accuracy, and an exceptional customer experience across all products
• Work closely with stakeholders and product managers to ensure content translation across a variety of personas.
• Proactively engage users through effective verbal and written communications
• Develop and maintain internal change management plans for new product and service releases

Qualifications:

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, drive multiple projects at once and manage completing priorities
• Technical fluency to understand technical topics and translate them into simple, clear stories
• Ability to create communications and enablement plans and execute on all aspects
• Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, user-friendly content for a wide variety of audiences
• Background in communications, program management, training or OCM

Preferred

• Experience creating training videos and demos
• Design skills
