About The Team

This team plays a vital role in developing and implementing sales enablement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales operations.

YOUR MISSION

As the Director of Revenue Enablement you will lead a small but mighty team who is responsible for full cycle onboarding, training and enablement of a group of Global Sellers, Account Managers and Customer Success Managers. Working closely with our Sales and Marketing leadership, you will develop comprehensive sales training programs that equip our sales team with the knowledge, skills and tools they need to achieve their targets and exceed our customer's expectations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales training, enablement, and sales leadership, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with sales leadership to define the right sales methodology and then roll out a comprehensive training program, working closely with Revenue Operations and Product Marketing on implementation and narrative, bonus points for ways to ensure consistency of pitching and demo’ing across the organization
• Be responsible for significant content development for our annual Revenue Kickoff meeting in February
• Implement and manage a learning management system (LMS) to facilitate the delivery and tracking of sales training programs.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives and sales managers to enhance their selling skills and overall performance.
• Develop a comprehensive new hire onboarding program for all new sellers as well as a plan for on-going skills training for our current global sales team
• Collaborate with sales operations to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales training and enablement initiatives
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement, bonus points if you’ve created and administered an ongoing certification program
• Collaborate with our Product Marketing team to develop sales enablement strategies, including the creation of sales playbooks, tools, and resources to support the sales team throughout the sales process.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Education or other related fields
• Strong People Leadership Skills - High EQ, Low Ego. Proven ability to lead and grow a best in class teams
• 10+ years of sales enablement, learning and development, or similar experience and, ideally, 5+ years of management experience
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
