We're seeking a Property Management Assistant to join our team in Santa Barbara. The role involves managing our growing portfolio of rental properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and provide efficient solutions for us and our clients. Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and communication
- Experience managing luxury rental properties a plus
- Ability to handle guest requests and needs promptly
- Ability to create and coordinate special guest experiences a plus
- Highly detail oriented
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of real estate management is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills with both guests and colleagues
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
- Must have own transportation, computer, and phone
- This is not a work from home position, must be willing and able to drive, deliver supplies and check on properties - Cowering office space will be provided
Responsibilities
- Ensure all guests have a pleasant and satisfactory experience
- Communicate and provide excellent customer service with guests
- Perform basic office tasks, such as data entry, answering phones, taking messages, maintaining and updating filing, and arranging maintenance and repairs.
- Planning and preparing for office events, such as meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Ordering and distributing supplies.
- Monitor online reviews and ratings of the property management services provided
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction levels
- Maintain an accurate record of all guest interactions and feedback
- Assist with bookings, check ins, and check outs as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff on cleaning schedules for short term rentals
- Coordinate concierge management services for guests
- Create special guest experiences to ensure satisfaction
- Work with marketing team to develop new opportunities for guests
- Stay up to date on local regulations related to real estate management services
- Supervise team members when necessary while maintaining high standards of service delivery
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
