Job Description

Our client, a successful private investment firm, is seeking a Vice President of Property Management in Los Angeles to oversee operations of ~8,000 multifamily units, setting strategy and creating business plans in order to maximize property value and investment returns throughout the portfolio.


Responsibilities

  • Provide long-term strategic leadership and day-to-day management direction to regional management teams.
  • Provide oversight of regional managers.
  • Ability to analyze and forecast property financial position and create action plans to address the health of the portfolio.
  • Formulate and implement annual business plan for entire portfolio that reflects the strategic, operational, organizational, and financial goals.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• 10 Years+ Multifamily Management required.


Compensation range $250k-275k+ plus bonus.
