Project Management Coordinator Jobs

Overview:

Under the direction of the Associate Project Manager, the Project Management Coordinator is responsible for assisting in tracking promotional kits, product changes, and sampling programs from start to finish with cross-functional teams. This individual is process driven, a problem solver, and adaptable.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Follow up weekly with cross-functional teams on task statuses to ensure deliverables are being met and products will reach warehouses in time for launch.
• Track project progress and milestones in timelines, alerting relevant teams when due dates are missed.
• Create and adjust timelines for promotional kits, product changes and sampling programs.
• Identify when delays will jeopardize project launch dates and escalate to the Associate Project Manager.
• Update Project Management notes and maintain the master project tracker with up-to-date project statuses.
• Enforce process & protocols throughout the project life cycle.
• Circulate product change forms to relevant teams.
