Demonstrated experience in large scale change management activities

Demonstrated matrix management skills and ability to influence without authority

Minimum 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical development, preferably in clinical research, and/or monitoring clinical trials

Demonstrated experience in organizational transformation/development and large, cross-functional projects

Organizational awareness, including experience working cross-functionally and in global teams

Facilitate the cascade of USTMO priorities & objectives and summarize USTMO achievements for various meetings.

3-5 years of experience in project management or related field

Experience with supply chain, large-scale transformation or management consulting preferred

Ability to manage data to drive insights and decisions, strong Microsoft Excel experience required

Manage project timelines and oversee timely execution of tasks including clearly communicating updates and risks

Manage templates, KPIs, and regular review, updates, and governance forums

Track actual delivery of savings working closely with finance, escalate additional opportunities/gaps for gap closure and decision making
