Job Title: Project Manager Level II

Location: Remote.

Pay Rate: $65 - $70/hour C2C.

:

• Proactively drive the full end-to-end software development lifecycle from inception through post-production
• Receive assignments in the form of mid to long-range goals and objectives, define methods and make recommendations to meet objectives and deliver results.
• Adhere to, support, and contribute to development or enhancement of internal client project management standards and processes.
• Plan and prioritize processes to align team and resources towards the most important business/client objective.
• Ensure on-time execution and delivery of large Projects according to Project plan and budget.
• Manage costs, budget, schedule, quality, risk, Project Change, and communication of assigned Projects.
• Brainstorm and define the structure for detailed Project plans.
• Interface effectively with various client resources

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge in the assigned business area discipline such as engineering or information technology.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Advanced proficiency in automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project, including financial, and schedule reporting.
• Customer- and relationship-focused, process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organized, self-directed.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems innovatively.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience managing average-scale initiatives in an engineering or technology environment; 5 to 7 years of project management experience.

Pay Range: $65 - $70.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
