This position will be supporting the Experian Consumer Services - a passionate and innovative team with a mission to provide Financial Power to All™. Our portfolio offers credit education and identity protection solutions to consumers and helps businesses manage the impact of a data breach.

• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Establish, Maintain and Manage the relationship with all key stakeholders
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Schedule meetings with key stakeholders for projects and track with meeting notes
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with key stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Qualifications

• Facilitate effective agile sprint ceremonies, including leading sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and daily stand ups. 
• Ability to work across teams to deliver a high‐quality product 
• Coach teams and leaders on agile best practices, always looking for ways to improve productivity 
• Certifications: CSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP, PMP 
• Great at knocking down roadblocks. You are a self-starter, self-motivated, self-directed and self-sufficient. At the same time you are very team oriented. 
• Assertive with a strong knowledge of and experience with iterative and agile development methodologies. Must be able to ensure agile concepts and principles are adhered to, must be the voice of reason, and must be able to work with your team to make tough calls when necessary. 
• Incredibly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Someone who has the attitude of transparency - must desire to bring transparency to the company and grow business trust. 
• Extremely proficient using JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Slack
• Detail‐oriented and have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications
• 5+ experience managing web and mobile app development projects in the direct-to-consumer, e-commerce space.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
