We're currently searching for an energetic and ambitious Junior Project Manager to assist in the management of our extensive digital content production schedule. You will play a critical role in coordinating various projects, from video and image ads to landing page optimization, within a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing Project Management Tools: Work closely with JIRA, our project management tool, to help organize, monitor, and track the progress of projects.
• Assisting in SOP Development: Aid in developing, updating, and maintaining SOPs for all internal processes to ensure streamlined operations and consistent team output.
• Reporting: Assist in regular project status reports to the team and leadership, identifying potential risks or delays, and proposing solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Supporting Digital Marketing Project Management: Assist in managing the creation process for video and image ads, as well as optimizing landing pages, from the early stages to completion. This includes ensuring alignment with our brand, quality standards, and timelines.
• Global Team Coordination: Assist in coordinating with team members across multiple time zones, including Asia, South America, and Europe, to keep all projects on track.
• Improving Workflow: Support ongoing efforts to enhance our workflow processes. As part of the team, you will contribute to improving operational efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Familiarity with project management software, especially JIRA.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in a diverse team environment.
• Understanding of DTC e-commerce and social media advertising is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
