As a Project Clerk/Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, carrying out various administrative and clerical tasks with ease and efficiency. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Utilizing computer systems and software to streamline processes and manage data effectively.
Providing excellent communication and support to supervisors, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Gathering and organizing information from various sources to keep our projects running smoothly.
Managing administrative tasks, maintaining essential files, and handling paperwork with precision.
Representing our organization professionally when engaging with customers, the public, and government entities.
