Starting August 2024, join a world class sales and marketing and communications organization in a top-rated rotation program! Intel offers an exciting and exceptional two-year rotational program within our global, fast-paced Sales, Marketing & Communications Group (SMG). As a participant, you will gain a unique exposure to an organization focused on delivering exceptional service to our global customers across many different business units and business segments, all while gaining broad experience to build your ideal career path.


This two-year program features challenging rotations that offer exposure to the company’s product portfolio, business processes and access to our internal network of professionals. Program participants go through three rotation assignments of eight months each, to learn about Intel’s Sales, Marketing & Communications Group through engagement with the business units, products, customers, communications, marketing, and sales processes. You will have the opportunity to choose between Oregon (Hillsboro), California (Folsom and Santa Clara), or Arizona (Chandler) as your location.

Your Responsibilities Will Include But Not Be Limited To


  • Responsible for the basic knowledge of Intel products, technologies, business processes, marketing, sales, channels, and customers
  • Respond to customer/client requests and overall program management
  • Develop solutions to problems utilizing business and technical acumen, while concurrently developing customer interaction skills
  • Work in conjunction with program managers and rotation assignment managers to develop key sales, marketing analytical, and leadership skills

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.


Minimum Qualifications


  • 6+ months of software programing experience
  • Experience in at least (2) of the preferred qualifications below
  • Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Robotics, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
  • Expected degree before start date of August 2024 with GPA 3.0+


Preferred Qualifications


  • 1-year strong leadership experience working on teams (teacher’s assistant, national associations, teams, leadership programs)
  • Experience in computer systems design, networking, logic design, wireless technologies
  • Master’s degree
  • 6 months of sales experience (within school, internship, or extracurricular)
  • Experience working in a global environment (international travels, international studies, previous work with global companies)
  • Volunteer work showing project-based activities



This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship.
Intel sponsors individuals for employment-based visas for positions where we experience a shortage of US Workers. These skills shortage roles are typically STEM contributing positions requiring a Master's or PhD degree, or a Bachelor's degree with three years related job experience. This position does not qualify for Intel Sponsorship because it is either (1) a non-STEM contributing position, or (2) a STEM position that only requires a bachelor's degree and less than three years' experience.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $81,800.00-$122,700.00
