The Integrity and Risk Launches (IRL) team is part of Meta’s Product Integrity Operations (PIO) team that provides a suite of services as our Product Management, Engineering, Policy, and Operations partners design new product solutions. The new suite of products we're building for Meta are emerging, experimental and have the potential for explosive growth. In this environment, new ideas quickly become extraordinary products, services, and community experiences. IRL bridges the gap between Product, Policy, Engineering, and Operations to launch new products, features and workflows across Reality Labs, Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. The Integrity Review Operations (IRO) team reviews all new products and features launching to the Reality Labs products and family of apps to assess risk to the community and build mitigations that ensure the integrity and safety of our users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to align with internal stakeholders on quality scores and feedback
- Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs within Meta to build integrity across product launches at scale.
- Apply solid judgment across multiple competing priorities.
- Advocate for the Meta community and various Global Operations teams in discussions with Product and Engineering.
- Spot and creatively solve complex, ambiguous, cross-functional integrity issues often unique to each launch.
- Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that integrity requirements are understood and implemented by partner engineering, operations and product teams
- Communicate proactively to cross-functional partners, prepare formal recurring communications, and present to people at all levels of the organization.
- Audit and recommend improvements to the review process spanning across, process, adherence and tooling.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in a project or program management within a consulting, operational, financial or software/hardware business with experience working independently, managing multiple concurrent processes and projects, and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience building and managing relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders at a project and program level.
- BA/BS degree or international equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience keeping up with deadlines under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a rapidly changing tech or startup environment.
- Asana Project Tracking experience.
- Experience in quality management and auditing is a plus.
- BA/BS in an empathetic analytics or social field or (e.g. Human Rights, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, User Research, or related field).
- SQL/data experience.
