Job Description

About the Role

As the Sr Program Manager, Product Insight & Rollout (US&C), you will drive the efficacy of customer-facing Digital Solutions in US&C. You will play a crucial role in developing robust products by providing insights about how the product may benefit the US&C region, what product nuances will be necessary to build to realize that value, help prioritize what needs to be built quicker and what can wait, and bring data and market research to back your claims. You’ll also be responsible for strengthening CO / Ops / CommOps feedback loops, planning and rolling out products proactively, removing roadblocks for rollout, coordinating rollout tasks across a wide set of stakeholders and scaling the product knowledge in US&C.

What You'll Do

  • Configure CO products where necessary
  • Provide regular updates to your leadership on the progress of your goals
  • Provide market insights to build robust products
  • Localise content where needed
  • Take full ownership of rolling out developed CO products in US&C including coordinating with cross-functional teams and removing bottlenecks

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in technology, consulting, operations, or other highly agile, project-based environments
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
  • Exceptionally strong stakeholder management skills and ability to handle pushbacks
  • Strong operational background and a track record of making data-driven decisions
  • Positive attitude and resilience
  • MBA from a top-tier Business school (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Obsession for delivering great customer experience
  • Knowledge of SQL (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies, especially as it relates to customer service
  • Strong project management skills

About the Team

The US&C Product Insights and Roll-out team is responsible for collecting and translating business requirements to the product tech team, while also helping business stakeholders understand how they can use new technology. The team are made up of strong technologists who are problem solvers and stakeholder champions

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $107,000 per year - $119,000 per year.

For Phoenix, AZ-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $95,000 per year - $106,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $119,000 per year - $132,500 per year.

For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $119,000 per year - $132,500 per year.
