What you'll do

As the Senior Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for managing the scope, impact, and complexity of programs through all phases of the product life cycle. This role will manage interdependencies and integrations across projects, teams, and stakeholders. This position will work in conjunction with Product Management and Engineering to ensure the delivery of our roadmap. This position's objectives will be directly linked to business metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead, Program Management - Product Led Growth.

Responsibility

• Own and be accountable of the program area and drive the end-to-end delivery of initiatives for your program
• Conduct change management efforts that impact different cross-functional teams
• Identify and track risks to project delivery and overall program schedule
• Define end to end launch plan across multiple cross-functional teams
• Keep leadership and cross-functional teams updated on project timelines and results
• Evaluate existing processes and make recommendations to drive process improvement and adoption of best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure adherence to PLC and SDLC while maintaining visibility to Release Management
• Define communication plans
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal, Finance for successful delivery for our customers

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

• Written and verbal communication skills that reflect clear thinking and clear messaging across different cohorts of audience
• Experience using project and issue tracking software such as Jira
• Ability to lead without authority in order to drive cross-functional teams towards completion of their deliverables
• Experience in working with all hierarchy levels including Executive team members
• Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, Electronics or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years related experience with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Research, Engineering, IT, Operations, Legal, Security, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support

• MBA Degree
• Ability to develop strong cross-team relationships and partnerships in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
• Skilled at dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environment
• In-depth experience driving initiatives with engineering teams
• Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and delivering solutions
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving environment, prioritize your work and manage your time
• Experience delivering eCommerce projects
• Strong negotiation skills with cross-functional teams (influencer)

Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $130,500 - $208,050 base salary

Washington: $123,700 - $184,275 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
