About The Right Team Member


The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will drive customer engagement through effective positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies throughout the customer lifecycle. This role will work in concert with other Marketing teams, Creative, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to understand customer needs and translate them into Marketing campaigns, online experiences, and Sales enablement. The role reports to the VP of B2B Marketing.


About The Role


  • Represent the Product Marketing function in key cross-departmental programs and functions.
  • Build communications strategies to drive awareness, consideration, and engagement with our products and features across the customer lifecycle, working with partner teams.
  • Develop customer insights through qualitative and quantitative analyses, working in concert with Product and Research teams.
  • Use customer insights to define ideal customer profiles, product positioning, and message strategies.
  • Stay on top of industry trends by attending industry events, monitoring competitors and partner activity, reviewing customer feedback & market trends regularly.


Skills And Experience


  • Demonstrated success as a leader and manager, with 5+ years of experience in software product marketing, product management, or marketing in the software, SaaS, technology, or e-commerce industries.
  • A strong commitment to Mindbody’s core values and demonstrated outstanding character, leadership, and customer focus.
  • Gifted storyteller with excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience planning and executing product launches, go-to-market strategies, leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience in developing customer insights, including customer segmentation, needs, and buying journeys.
  • Experience in customer engagement platforms, marketing automation or similar digital marketing business services for small- to medium-sized businesses.
  • Experience working across multiple functions and with executives to deliver exceptional results.

It is Mindbody’s intent to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable. The goal of Mindbody’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.


Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.


The base salary range for this position in the United States is $145,000 to $175,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
