A little about this position:
  • In addition, this position will assume the role of Delphi Administrator, assisting the Sales and Catering/Conference Services department with maintaining usage standards, reporting, and content updates.
  • The Sales Systems Administrator will be responsible for the channel management and maintenance of OTA and Domestic Wholesale accounts for five hotel properties.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a reservations or sales capacity in the hospitality industry
  • College degree preferred
  • Proficient in a variety of hospitality software systems to include Visual One, SynXis, Delphi, Inntopia and OTA extranets
  • Experience working with hospitality software, GDS systems and OTA extranets
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the resort industry
  • Effective communication skills, oral and written
Hourly pay rate: $26.03 to $31.49
