We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Business Systems Administrator in the I.T. department in our Chino, CA office.

Please note that this is a full-time in-office position.

General Responsibilities:

• Create and escalate tickets if needed when third party support is required
• Develop and maintain backup processes and hardware for all critical systems
• Scheduling and execution of system updates during off-hours to maximize system availability
• Troubleshoot system problems and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Develop technical documentation for support teams and end-users
• Implement and maintain device management systems to monitor availability and ensure uptime
• Making recommendations for software/hardware changes and or updates when they are required for security or functional reasons
• Installing software and hardware for key production and facilities management systems
• Ensure data integrity if/when system failures occur

• Department needs may call for occasional overtime
• The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors

• Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
• Pay Range is $35.50 - $39.50 an hour
• Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Experience with applications, hardware, databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Bachelors in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline or Equivalent of 4-6 years of work experience (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of security best practices and the use of data backup/recovery
• Proven experience in IT Support as a Systems Administrator or similar role

Preferred Skills:

• Warehouse management systems (HighJump, Manhattan, Softeon etc.)
• Industrial Automation
• Conveyance systems
• Manufacturing systems
