Director or Principal, Product Management and Solutions

About the Role
As the Director/Principal of Product Management and Solutions, you will:
● Set the vision and strategy of our flagship robotic products in the Warehouse Logistics domain that ensures product-market fit and maximizes addressable market
● Partner closely with large and mid-sized enterprise customers across-geographies to influence and prioritize differentiated capabilities; capture all related product requirements, map to features, and own the product roadmap
● Partner closely with large solution and integration partners across-geographies to influence product solution development accounting for factors such as overall total cost of ownership, revenue, and profitability
● Develop product strategies for new and existing customer segments, industry verticals, and geographies to maximize market share and build competitive advantage
● Collaborate with the executive leadership and GTM teams to develop the right business model on how to price and how to deliver our products
● Collaborate with GTM, marketing, and customer success teams to effectively communicate the value proposition of the our products
● Collaborate with hardware engineering, supply chain, and software engineering teams to make product tradeoff decisions that maximize business outcomes

Required Qualifications and Skill Sets
● At least 3-6 years of product management experience in software and/or hardware products
● At least 3-6 years of management consulting or other client services experience with mid-large enterprise clients
● Overall 10-15 years of experience in areas such as product management, client services, manufacturing/ logistics operations, supply chain and engineering
● Experience in the logistics (warehousing, transportation) and/or manufacturing operations
● Experience working with and influencing large solutions partners in the hardware and/or software space (OEMs, resellers, system integrators, ISVs, etc.)
● Experience in one or more hardware product development strategies such as value engineering, sustainable design, supply chains, quality, reliability, total cost of ownership
● BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related areas
● Strong written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications and Skills Sets
● MBA, MS, or experience is fast growth dynamic organizations that requires wearing multiple hats often
● Understanding of one or more areas related to Robotics, Autonomy, AI/ML, or Data Infrastructure
● Experience working with international Mid-Large Enterprises preferably in Asia and/or Europe
