We are seeking an experienced Product Management Consultant (ideally with edTech experience) to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our clients, including investors and edTech companies to assess product organizations, implementing best practices, and providing expert guidance to install best-in-class product management methodology.
Product Management Assessment / Mentoring: Assess the product organizations of our clients and identify areas for improvement. Install best-in-class product management methodology, including agile development processes, product operations, and customer-centric practices. Develop and implement frameworks and processes to optimize product development and delivery.
Product Strategy and Planning: Work closely with our clients to develop and refine their product strategies and roadmaps. Provide guidance on market positioning, target market identification, and feature prioritization.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with our clients, including investors and edTech companies. Act as a trusted advisor, effectively communicating recommendations, and aligning stakeholders around product strategies and goals. Provide thought leadership and industry expertise to guide decision-making and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for education and a deep commitment to transforming the edTech sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of 7-10 years of experience in product management, product operations, or related roles, preferably in the edTech or eLearning industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g.,Business Administration, Education Technology).
- Proficient in market research and analysis, including competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and user feedback collection.
- Demonstrated expertise in product strategy development, roadmap creation, and agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of the edTech landscape preferable, including knowledge of learning management systems, digital content platforms, online assessment tools, and other relevant technologies.
