The home building industry is rapidly changing as new technologies revolutionize how homes are designed, purchased, and built. We are looking for a Product Consultant – Home Builder Tools to join our team as we build a next generation platform for Home Builders to manage their projects, connect with their customers, and collaborate with their teams. You will be working on an extremely successful platform that is being used by 10’s of thousands of homebuilders across the United States today, as we invest significantly in the growth of this platform to reach a new set of users. You will be part of a team transforming the homebuilding industry, with truly next generation capabilities.

What You Will Do:

• You will stay in the loop with product development, experiment with features under development, and provide usability feedback to your partners on the product team.
• You will become an expert on the Home Builder platform we are building at Paradigm and speak with confidence on what is possible to do in the platform, and the best way to do it.
• You will meet regularly with our users, learn through conversation what their goals are, and show them the best way to accomplish their goals in our platform, and take away ideas for how to improve our products.
• You will help get new users off the ground, discover through conversation what their needs are, and configure our applications to meet their needs.
• You will keep an eye on customer usage metrics and use that data to identify trends and report on progress towards success metrics.
• You will be available to help Sales teams across the company who will reach out to you to get answers to their questions about product capabilities and best practices.
• You will participate in daily standups and partner with the product team as we build new features together, releasing to production frequently.

What You Need to Succeed:

• You are able to obtain a passport that allows for travel outside of the US is required. Travel can range anywhere from 10-25% domestically (generally).
• You are self-motivated and resourceful, with strong interpersonal skills; you are able to work individually as well as with a team.
• You have excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• You have 2+ Years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Quality Assurance, Project Management or Software Implementation. Knowledge of software development and implementation practices is preferred.
• You enjoy talking with people, digging in to understand what problems they might be having, and working with them to solve those problems.
• You have a bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• You are technically savvy, and are comfortable using complex software, and can translate technical concepts to people without technical expertise.
• You are organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through. You are agile and able to adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
