Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Intern. As an intern, you will work closely with our team to provide support and assistance in various consulting projects. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain exposure to the field of management consulting and develop essential skills in areas such as research, data analysis, project management, and client engagement. Upon completion, there will be an opportunity to convert to a permanent staff.
Responsibilities:
·Conduct data entry and data cleaning tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of datasets.
·Being able to assist in data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, or Tableau.
·Collaborate with the consulting team to prepare reports and insights based on data analysis.
·Support the development of data-driven recommendations and solutions for clients.
·Shadow management and associate consultants in client interactions and project management.
·Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
·Gain exposure to various aspects of management consulting and digital transformation.
·Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and relevant data to support project deliverables.
Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
·Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
·Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred but not required.
·Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
·Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is a bonus.
·Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
·Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
·Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
·Interest in management consulting and digital transformation.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
·Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
