About The Role

The Business Management Product Consultant enhances client usage of Strataware, our industry leading Workers' Compensation Medical Bill Review Software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with vendor partners and Product Management to advise on integrating solutions into one client experience.
• Facilitating implementation of applicable solution to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner consistent with specified budget. May lead functional teams or projects.
• Solving complex problems using best practices and taking a new and actionable perspective on existing procedures.
• Interpreting internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
• Solving complex problems and taking a new and actionable perspective on existing procedures.
• Becoming an SME for our proprietary Strataware software and provide education and some training to internal groups and clients.
• Assessing customer requirements, developing solutions/alternates, which leverage the strengths of the company to deliver on our customer centric approach.

Requirements

• Be able to work well with tight timelines and multiple concurrent projects.
• Be able to clearly communicate technical or sensitive information for external customers and internal stakeholders, including our Product/Development teams.
• Possess great prioritization and multi-tasking skills while having a high attention to detail.
• Have conceptual expertise of theories, practices, and procedures related to process improvement.
• Be able to travel to visit clients, occasionally.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $87,000 - $113,000.
