Responsibilities:

1.Design compelling product experiences for business users and end customers.

2.Work closely with product and engineering teams to design customer experiences based on research, customer interviews, user interviews and feedback .

3.Build and maintain consistent visual standards across product lines.

4.Review features implemented by engineering team and help deliver pixel-perfect experiences.

5.Conduct, coordinate usability interviews to gather feedback and insights into customer needs.

6.Create user workflow diagrams, wireframes for customer, partner and team demos.

7.Collaborate with various team members and stakeholders on requirements definition and feature design and development.

8.Build marketing material,

9.Take part in agile ceremonies to estimate and execute programming projects.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1.5+ years’ experience as a Product Designer/UX Designer with demonstrated experience working with product management teams.

2.Communicate designs and specifications to the engineering team.

3.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup like environment.

4.Experience in scrum and agile methodologies.

Education:

BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field.
