Due to a new contract win, one of Hortor’s Tier 1 clients is recruiting a ServiceNow Consultant to support a global MSP on a FTE basis. This is a great opportunity to join a global company with an impressive and enviable market position.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Ability to interact well with customers.
• Excellent presentation skills – verbal and written.
• ITIL PMP certification
• 5+ years gap analytics and requirements gathering.
• 5+ years ServiceNow process consulting
• Ability to demonstrate all key process areas within ServiceNow.

ServiceNow Management Consultant ( Remote )

Responsibilities:

• Create all related process documentation utilizing the businesses Best practices and deliver to client or internal resources in acceptable time frame.
• Meet all client and business deliverables in an acceptable timeframe.
• Communicate all project updates, possible timeline deficiencies, problems, issues or events that could affect the overall project deliverables.
• Communicate with client on all aspects of initiated work in a clear and concise manner.
• Assist the Business Analyst in the development of client training material.
• Stay current on ServiceNow technologies and assist in the maintenance of workshop material to incorporate new features where appropriate.
• Work with client virtually (or onsite on occasion) to discover and understand their current state environment from a process and technical perspective.
• Plan and schedule meetings to gather business and functional requirements while providing best practice process and technical guidance.
• Lead and manage process design initiatives and manage the translation of those requirements to the ServiceNow implementation team.
• Analyze business processes and provide innovative and scalable solutions to increase operational maturity.
• Develop Service Management implementation and adoption strategies, focusing on organizational change management from a tactical and practical level.
• Conduct client training when sold as part of the engagement.
• Advise on options, risk, and impacts on business processes and cultural adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor while establishing a positive and productive working relationship with the client.
• Utilize industry standard implementation methodology following best practice standards.
• Complete full client gap analysis on process, integrations, and data, always advising on future process/product roadmap and maturity.
• Ensure each artifact produced is consistent and is driven by the enterprise standards.
• Work with Engagement Manager and project team to determine risks, impacts, priorities, and timelines surrounding outstanding tasks.
• Assist in the scoping of new opportunities when asked to participate.
• Review and approve business requirements that create a comprehensive solution.
