As a Physician Recruiter - Sourcer you will be responsible for outreach to candidates who meet our clients expectations. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging passive candidates, consulting with recruitment and hiring partners, providing detailed assessments for candidates, developing and managing talent pipelines and following current talent and market trends.
Qualified candidates will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, will be able to multitask effectively, and will be passionate about sourcing and recruitment. This position has potential to move into a management role based on performance and availability.
As a Physician Recruiter - Sourcer you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience, including engaging candidates in a manner that fosters transparency, respect and timeliness
- Advanced sourcing for passive and active candidates through internal database, networking, trade associations,residency and fellowship programs, social media, referrals, and other sourcing methods
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
- Coordinating with account managers to determine position requirements.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Develops talent pipelines for future and/or unexpected hiring needs
- Crafting and sending recruiting emails.
- Create and maintain Recruitment Action Plans for accounts and work alongside the CEO to communicate on a consistent and timely basis.
- Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to prospective candidates.
- Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
- Research and recommend additional advertising and networking sources.
- Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
Requirements and skills
- Effective time-management abilities
- Sources suitable candidates through various sourcing channels
- Promotes our Employer Brand when they reach out to candidates on various platforms
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Marketing skills that will attract the right candidates to apply
- Is able to reach out to different types of candidates and to engage with them
- Has knowledge of how to use various sourcing channels
- Need to have a deep understanding and demonstrated success in executing a formal recruiting process, particularly use of recruitment and sourcing technologies.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role (healthcare experience a plus)
- Attention to detail
- Draft and send out recruiting emails to potential candidates
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Knows how to use sourcing tools and technology
- Must be able to demonstrate track record and or methodologies and practices that will prove capability to source Physicians and other high need individuals
This is a long term position with room for growth. This will be a commission only position to start. 100k earnings will be easily achievable even at a low productivity level.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
