Key Responsibilities

• Set and maintain a high-performance culture that promotes inclusivity and diversity, and ensuring that employees feel valued and supported as the company scales
• Lead performance management efforts, including performance reviews, goal setting, and career development planning, to ensure that employees are motivated, engaged, and contributing to the organization's success
• Design and manage all aspects of the employee life cycle, ensuring a positive experience for all employees aligned with the company's growth plans
• Create and execute effective strategies for talent management, including talent acquisition, talent development, and retention, to attract, develop and retain top talent
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices that align with the organization's goals and objectives, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Recommended Background

• A track record of innovating within people operations & designing robust people processes that allow teams to excel at what they do
• Experience in setting up internal hiring infrastructure including ladders, technical infrastructure and team resilience for hyper-growth companies
• Experience in building successful organizations and identifying talent for a great variety of different job roles
• A track record of cultivating an ultra-high-performance culture that is rooted in dedication, passion and fun
