Major Responsibilities

• Proactively manage risks and address issues with clear and timely solutions
• Drive program management for digital project delivery
• Manage multiple projects, working with internal and external resources
• Lead and facilitate teams in defining projects, setting goals, and identifying metrics
• Anticipate resource needs and develop plans for desired results

Required Education / Experience / Skills

• Superior communication skills
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong meeting facilitation and collaboration skills
