Patient Care Specialist (Remote) ($20.00 - $21.00 / Hour)

• Track performance ratings and compile HR-related statistics for assigned group(s).

• Collaborate with the Recruiting team throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide HR support, including company policies, recruiting, onboarding, employment law expertise, and solving employee relations problems.
• Update employee records with changes in employment status, salary, position information, and personal information.
• Assist hiring managers in choosing appropriate company jobs and draft/edit job descriptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-5 years of related professional experience required.
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR).
• Home office requirements: company-issued computer equipment, reliable high-speed internet service.
• Experience in employee relations, HR experience.
