- Track performance ratings and compile HR-related statistics for assigned group(s).
- Communicate effectively with other HR teams and departments as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide HR support, including company policies, recruiting, onboarding, employment law expertise, and solving employee relations problems.
- Update employee records with changes in employment status, salary, position information, and personal information.
- Assist hiring managers in choosing appropriate company jobs and draft/edit job descriptions.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required; equivalent experience considered.
- 3-5 years of related professional experience required.
- HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR).
- Home office requirements: company-issued computer equipment, reliable high-speed internet service.
- Experience in employee relations, HR experience.
