Client Services Specialist (Tuesday - Saturday, 9Am - 6Pm (Est)

You are a motivated Client Services professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. As a Client Services Specialist, you excel at multitasking , pipeline management, active listening, and have experience leveraging technology while maintaining a personal touch. You are a focused, no quit, A+ player and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can work with teammates that will match your drive and grit.

• Work schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9AM - 6PM (EST)

What You'll Do

• Enter records of customer calls, interactions and inquires via a CRM system
• Communicate with customer through various channels
• Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers
• Communicate with internal departments as needed
• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders 
• Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume phone environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Navigate through various different software systems
• Ability to work Tuesday - Saturday, 9AM - 6PM (EST)
• Associates degree preferred or related work experience
• Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work independently
