PARTNERSHIPS SPECIALIST
Procure, arbitrate, and manage the relationship between business and staffing partners. Provide professional support, advice, guidance for merging and partnering, and strategic insight to help both companies achieve their primary goals. You will work full-time and closely with our executive team, facilitating communication and determining how to meet the best interests of each partner organization.
Facilitating communication between business entities
You will facilitate communication between businesses. The partnership specialist oversees communication between entities and ensures that each business hears the other's needs, goals and expectations. This is important because good communication can help companies understand each other more effectively. You will schedule and lead phone calls, meetings or other communications and relay information to each entity.
Providing strategic insight and guidance
You will also offer strategic insight and guidance for each company on how to achieve their goals while working together. This can include planning business strategies that leverage each business's professional strengths for the benefit of each and planning strategies for sudden challenges. You might also work directly with business executives to help develop their business strategy skills and achieve greater cohesion in their collaborative efforts. This can include drafting sample plans, giving presentations and setting up meetings between business executives.
Arbitrating business decisions and strategies
You will serve as an arbitrator for business decisions and strategies when partners reach an impasse. For example, two companies might struggle to reach a decision about whether to merge their production departments. The partnership specialist can help provide judgment, analyzing the potential benefits, setbacks and logistics of such a decision. You may provide and interim judgment, which can help prevent delays that might hurt or cripple the businesses.
Providing leadership and support for company executives
Occasionally, you will mentor company executives and managers, providing professional guidance, leadership and personal support. You will help us to communicate and plan more effectively, provide leadership for companies when they become stagnant or reach an impasse and offer support when negotiations suffer or market conditions are less than favorable. As a support and leadership figure for both organizations, you are in a unique position to offer important advice and influence the leadership style of each company.
Why we need you
We hire partnership specialists to facilitate the relationship between companies that form a partnership. They might need strategic guidance, professional leadership or outside oversight to ensure that each company considers everyone's best interests. We also look to you to grow the strategic partnership and help reach partnership goals. You are a junior mentor for company executives and partnership teams, helping with growth and advancement.
