What we do:Our mission is to promote happier lives through road travel and support small businesses and communities along the way. Harvest Hosts, the core product in our arsenal, is a membership program connecting RV travelers to over 8,000 unique camping locations across North America. For a low annual fee, members enjoy unlimited stays at our diverse locations, including farms, wineries, breweries, distilleries, golf courses, museums, and other attractions, as well as 3,000+ private properties through our Boondockers Welcome upgrade product.
With the addition of our recently-acquired Brit Stops program, we now offer motorhomers in the UK the same type of membership with 1,100+ overnight stay options at local businesses. While there are no camping fees, we encourage members to support their “Hosts” by patronizing the local businesses.
In 2023, Harvest Hosts launched two additional products that improve the lives of RVers while on the road: CampersCard and CampScanner. CampersCard is a campground discount and perks membership program that helps RVers save money on nights they spend at campgrounds. And our latest product, CampScanner, allows you to scan our database of campsites to get notified when a reservation opens at an impossible-to-book campground.
The position:As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a remote full-time Sr. Brand Partnerships Outreach Coordinator to help with our acquisition goals for growing our Membership. The team works with hundreds of different industry, membership, and social partners to spread the word about our program to potential Members. We are looking for an organized, energetic, digital native to join our fast-growing team to help manage our existing partnerships and to grow the partnership footprint across the industry. This position will work directly with the Sr. Brand Partnerships Manager to assist in the organization of elevating our brand presence inside the industry through digital marketing, events, and affiliate platforms. We have aggressive goals and this position requires flexibility and resourcefulness.
Experience: The ideal candidate should have experience with partnership relations(and be comfortable with frequent communication on Zoom), affiliate marketing, and on-site activations. Must have familiarity with the Google email/doc suite, spreadsheets, tracking links, Asana, and Slack. We prefer candidates who have experience in the RV industry and working with a diverse client base. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Mailchimp/newsletter management, and Hubspot is a plus. Experience in a remote-work environment is preferred.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following general areas:
- Work with partners to generate SEO-rich guest content for Harvest Hosts-owned blogs and eMagazine.
- Assist in achieving aggressive growth targets for membership acquisition through partner relationships.
- Lead and grow the Harvest Hosts advocate program alongside the Sr. Brand Partnerships Coordinator.
- Assist in the growth and strategic planning of our referral programs and bulk sales initiatives.
- Assist in budget organization across the brand partnerships team.
- Assist in the scale of our social media partnerships for influencer marketing, giveaways, contests, and other tactics.
- Proactively maintain relationships with our growing list of external partner brands and influencers.
- Monitor deadlines for required deliverables to achieve project/program goals on time.
- Build monthly reports on traffic, leads, emails, conversions, and areas of opportunity.
- Produce written communications (emails, reports, presentations) to partners and other stakeholders with regard to project logistics and implementation.
- Other projects as assigned by your manager.
- Coordinate project logistics, conduct relevant research, and organize and maintain project-related files alongside the brand partnerships team.
Compensation: Compensation will be based on experience but will be a range of $55-70K annually.
