Shipt is looking for an Associate Manager, Influencer & Brand Partnerships that will help execute influencer marketing and brand partnership programs to drive brand love and conversion for Shipt. You will partner with cross-functional teams to understand key priorities for the brand that can be amplified via influencer and brand partnerships. You will support the Sr. Manager, Influencer & Brand Partnerships who will develop the overall strategy and framework for these initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as merchandising and business development to support key initiatives with influencer programs
- Work closely with social media team to ensure all influencer programs are aligning to the overall social media strategy
- Liaison between outside brands and internal teams to support brand partnerships through content, social media, PR, merchandising, etc.
- Plan and launch new influencer campaigns to drive awareness for Shipt, new customers and new members.
- Assist with building and executing the shopper influencer program, using Shipt shoppers to humanize and amplify the brand
- Report on all influencer activation and partnership efforts on a monthly and quarterly basis, showing how results measure against KPI’s and making recommendations for optimization
- Create and maintain an influencer campaign calendar, laddering back up to the overarching marketing editorial calendar
- Assess opportunities for outside brand collaborations to help drive both awareness and equity for Shipt
- Assist with influencer contracts and negotiations, working with internal legal team and talent management agencies
Minimum Job Requirements
- 2-3 years experience with influencer marketing and/or brand partnerships
- Deep understanding of the fundamentals of influencer programs and how they can help drive impact for brands across all goals
- Excellent communication/presentation skills; ability to inform, influence across functions and with all organization levels. Ability to story tell well via PowerPoint.
- Strong strategic thinking and flawless execution, with impeccable attention to detail
- Analytical thinker with ability to turn insights into action to improve influencer approach
- Extremely social media savvy & up-to-date on social media trends
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams with bias towards action and innovation
Employees (and eligible family members) are covered by medical, dental, and vision. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also be eligible to receive discretionary vacation for exempt team members, 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and 56 hours of paid sick leave (accrued at a rate of 1 hour for every 25 hours worked). Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units.
Colorado Pay Minimum: $49,440
NYC, WA, and CA Pay Range: $59,225-$118,553
Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
