Overview A Partnerships Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to partners and clients in the areas of sales, marketing, and customer service. This role involves working closely with partners to ensure that their needs are met and that the partnership is successful. The Partnerships Support Specialist is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with partners and clients, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting. Detailed Job Description The Partnerships Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to partners and clients in the areas of sales, marketing, and customer service. This role involves working closely with partners to ensure that their needs are met and that the partnership is successful. The Partnerships Support Specialist is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with partners and clients, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting.The Partnerships Support Specialist will be responsible for:
• Developing and maintaining relationships with partners and clients
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting
• Assisting with sales and marketing activities
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Analyzing customer data and providing insights
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction
• Assisting with the development and implementation of new products and services
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
