Zearch is working exclusively with a Pre-IPO, highly disruptive API Business that are backed by one of the worlds most revered VC's. Our client are disrupting a Multi-Billion $ sector with a unique API offering and scaling aggressively and hiring for a Head of /VP Partnerships to drive them through towards an IPO. This will will report directly to the C suite and work closely with the Head of CS & Product.

ISV/SI/ Cloud partners
Must Haves
• Ability to drive and implement a great Alliance, Partner program from early stages.
• Understanding how customers leverage business to business transactions
• Ability to build the sales funnel with qualified leads from established partnership channels as well as creating new ones
• Quickly develop extensive expertise and assume global responsibility for all aspects of technology partnerships
• Identify, structure, negotiate, and close partnerships in order to meet or exceed objectives
• Build a deal registration process for partners
• Work with various divisions (including Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS) to gain support for key initiatives and deals
• Develop & implement long term strategy for optimizing outcomes with partners, including the development of pricing, product and marketing strategies
• Project management across all relevant aspects related to the partner.
• This could include supporting operational integration, reporting, content strategies, ongoing analysis of partner performance, problem solving, etc.
• REQUIREMENTS
• Proactive and resourceful go-getter who can flourish in a fast-paced and unstructured environment by identifying opportunities, coming up with creative solutions to maximise those opportunities, and driving plans through to completion.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding objectives
• You have demonstrated successful selling, business development, executive level influence, and negotiation
• 5-10+ years of sales, business development and partner management experience - expertise with cloud-based technologies and SaaS business models preferred.
• Leadership on market strategy, technical, marketing, and lifecycle management aspects of the product
• Ability to analyze the competitive landscape for opportunities
• Experience of conducting market research
• Experience working with key customers, analysts, and members of the field organization to gather requirements for future investments.
• Maintainence of product portfolio roadmap and be responsible for the product internally and externally.
