Influencer Specialist Jobs

Your Role
As an Influencer Specialist, you will be responsible for developing influencer lists, outreach, negotiations and follow through on various influencer campaigns across various digital channels on behalf of Blue Wheel for our clients. You will manage influencer campaigns from concept to execution to analysis. This person will work collaboratively with the internal account stakeholders along with the Social Media Manager to craft and execute these strategies.
In the 1st month, you will…

• Immerse yourself in BW’s culture, team, and digital marketing philosophy.
• Create lists of influencers that cater to the needs of the client’s campaign (Crypto Currency).
• Take a deep dive into the assigned client’s influencer needs and objectives.
• Establish and cultivate positive relationships with key account stakeholders.

Sharpen Your Skills In Month 2 By…

• Interact with clients on rate approvals and draft contracts.
• Coordinate with the overall social team to aid with social content creation using influencer content.
• Relying on your experience, begin to reach out to and negotiate with influencers.

Desired Skills & Experience

• A passion for social media outside personal, friend-related use.
• Must be EXTREMELY organized in order to stay on top of relationships with hundreds of influencers at any given time.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/maintain relationships across multiple businesses and organizations
• Creativity and experience bringing new platforms and ideas to fruition
• The smallest detail is your favorite detail! -- Self-driven with the ability to work independentlyIs able to complete tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• 1 year + experience in the social media marketing realm.
• Knowledge of Crypto Currency is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
